Mold Dehumidifyers

The new series of air dehumidification systems consists of 8 models ranging from
165 up to 2,000 CFM., used in many industrial processes to prevent moisture on
the mold surface due to low chilled water temperatures.

The MD units provide optimal working conditions for improving productivity and
reducing production waste.

The air dehumidification process enables machines performing fast molding cycles, to operate independently from ambient conditions, thus reducing wear and maintenance of molds.

The dehumidification system is based on solid adsorbing desiccants, using a rotor made of active metal silicates. This type of hygroscopic materials has extremely high capacity of absorbing moisture from the air.

The MD units have been developed to provide great performance, and to achieve high level of energy savings, . This is one of the main advantages of our air dehumidifying units.
